There is a subscription cost for 1Password, but it is to be able to access your passwords across several operating systems. At one time, there was a $10 US in-app purchase within the app which offers more categories, such as driver's license, wireless routers, and others. That is a 1 time purchase. I haven't bothered with the subscription since I only use it on my iPhone. If I want to get a password on my Window computer, I will copy it from the phone. I have gotten the in-app purchase and have found it helpful. It can take a while to set up all of the passwords and other information in 1Password, but it is well worth it and totally accessible. For my limited use, I haven't come across any accessibility issues. The in-app purchase also lets you set up multiple password vaults, which could be for home, work, etc.
