Hello everyone, I just recently purchased a bluetooth headset. It is an over the ear set, made by a company called, Letscom. I really like them, and am glad I purchased them. However, I have noticed that when I use them, the voiceover sounds quiet. I turned up the volume, using the buttons.
Is this the way I should go about it? Or should I use the volume buttons on the headset itself? Also I have noticed that once I go back to using the phone without the headset, that my sound volume is lower. For instance, my messaging sounds are lower. And when I look at the sound settings, I have to turn the volume back up. What might be causing this? And is it normal?
