I wouldn't have the volume on my iPhone all the way up to it's maximum.
1. it could create sound distortion.
2. It will deplete your battery, at a much faster rate.
I would have mine, about half way, give or take. That should give you enough
power, to adjust your headphones.
Dave.

Its a good idea with things like bluetooth speakers or headsets to
turn the volume of your iPhone all the way up, then begin to use the
volume buttons on your headset or speaker down until you reach the
desired volume.

What is received by the headset is not at a fixed volume, if you have the

It is best that when the headset is connected that you turn the volume on
the phone quite high and then turn it back down using the volume buttons
on
the headset.
As for other volume you should check in Settings > Sounds if "Change with
buttons" is turned off.

Subject: Questions regarding connecting a headset
Hello everyone,
I just recently purchased a bluetooth headset. It is an over the ear set,
made by a company called, Letscom. I really like them, and am glad I
purchased them.
However, I have noticed that when I use them, the voiceover sounds quiet.
I
turned up the volume, using the buttons.
Is this the way I should go about it?
Or should I use the volume buttons on the headset itself?
Also I have noticed that once I go back to using the phone without the
headset, that my sound volume is lower. For instance, my messaging sounds
are lower. And when I look at the sound settings, I have to turn the
volume
back up.
What might be causing this?
And is it normal?
Thank you,
Terri
