Hello Richard and Wayne, Richard, thank you for your wonderful instructions. Unfortunately, the grill edge is listed, but there is not a more info button. Thus I cannot find a way to forget the device. When I do tap on Braille Edge, I get the same message of it not being supported. I guess I’ll make a phone call to Apple or him, or both, tomorrow.
