Richard, now I have a BrailleEdge 40 question. If Beth is in need of a firmare update, how would this be sent to the Braille device. Or would she, or any of us for that matter, be forced to send her device back to HIMS for that installation? How inconvenient that might prove to be, even though I know for sure that the "turn around" time from HIMS is really good.
