Please save me some time waiting in lines or on hold... I'm ready to retire
my old 6S and am thinking I'd prefer to get an 8 or 8Plus to maintain
thumbprint ID and for the cost. Other than the Groupon deals I see, which have
mixed reviews, where do you look for refurbished iPhones? I got my last two
phones from Verizon, but the eamils I get seem to be only pushing trading in
older phones for the newest. I'm also thinking this is a good time to consider
switching carriers, since my Verizon service has been spotty. Just trying to
understand the best strategy. Should I go to the Apple store or do they only
sell new models there?

Thanks.
