Samething here. 4S, 16GB, IOS6. No issues like that. Throwing out obvious
possible fixes, did you clear out the app switcher lately?

I also have an iPhone 4S, 16Gb, and I am not nor have seen this issue. I
imagine you have already tried rebooting the phone? Nothing comes to mind
that would result in this behavior either.

over the air to IOS 6 everything is pretty snappy except for unlocking
the screen. I usually split tap the slide switch to do this which
before the update was nice and quick. Now it takes a haf to sometimes
a full second to unlock and bring me to the home screen after the
split tap. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so have you found a
solution or are we stuck with this until Apple fixes it? Assuming
