I did not notice this when I had a 16GB IPhone that I had installed IOS 6 on. I did not do over the air. It seems both that people that did over the air generally are reporting more problems and that everybody experiences different issues that others do not. On the bright side, a lag when unlocking would be a minor issue compared to if it were the same or worse lag when using after unlocking. I think we are lucky when the issues are minor because they haven't released any version yet free of any issues and I'm betting that will never happen either.
