You asked about using it for a TV, the PC is no problem, all you have to do is plug in the little USB receiver, it is already paired to the headset so once that is plugged in and the slider switch is pushed all the way up to the top it will automatically work. If you push it up one click into the middle position which is Bluetooth you then have to look in Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone and see if the Logitech H800 are listed, tap on them and they will also pair. This is just a one-time process, after that whenever you push the switch into the middle position they reconnect to your iPhone automatically.
