I just tested it on my work iPhone that is running 13.2.2. I do not use Whatsapp, so Call work was an option on the one I tested. My suspicion is that if you added it, even though it says call via Whatsapp, the end result would be the same. They can call you, and you can call them; and only the label is different. As someone who doesn't use Whatsapp, that could be completely wrong. Is there a unique number for Whatsapp?
