This is the first real bug I've ever dealt with. I'm using the latest update which is 13.03 or something like that. Anyway when I end a call I lose speech and everything on my phone goes blank and it takes me forever to be able to shut down and reboot. Is there a work around until a new update comes out with the fix? I really can't handle this one and I am technology challenged. Thanks for any help you can give if there is any to give. Carla
