Hi Everyone, I'm using a beta of iOS 13.3, but I've been able to access the controls throughout the iOS 13 cycle. Sometimes double-tapping the artwork doesn't work, and I have to find a button that says, "Mini player." Maybe that's the difference? But the controls should definitely be accessible in iOS 13.
