Please, anyone with this issue write and/or call Apple Accessibility. As a last resort, you might try turning off Siri, reboot the phone, Turn Siri back on and see if that helps. If it does, write those steps to Apple. Something is truly screwed with Siri lately. I chose to sensor myself in that last statement.
