If it's simply a matter of not receiving the emails I would, as I said, first 
check my junkmail folder to make sure they don't end in there, if that I s not 
the case you need to contact iTunes Store support and ask if they can check 
into it.

Thanks for all the responses.  But here's my problem.  Now, I'm not getting any 
receipts at all, and haven't since the latest updateddBefore that update, I 
always got receipts, and, yes, many of them came a few days after purchase.  
But now I don't get any, and only know my purchases were extracted from my 
account when I check the account.  Also, I know I've made the purchases because 
I can download them immediately, as always.  In any event, thanks to all who 
chimed in on this subject.
