Hi Pam, I don't know of any way to turn off VoiceOver sounds or change how loud they are. To control how long the watch stays awake, open the Watch app on your phone, choose General, then Wake Screen. You have the options of it staying on for 15 or 70 seconds. Choose the option you want. The watch goes to sleep if you drop your wrist, so don't do that if you want it to stay awake.
