Hello Terri That was one of the options which I tried but I still have the same problem. I have just deleted the facetime app and then I opened the app store and searched for facetime. I double tapped on the redownload button and got the same message "unable to download, try again later". It is the first time in ten years that I encounter problems with an iDevice, so this is a huge disappointment. Regards Fanus

After setting up a new iPad mini 5 only a few apps open. When highliting some apps voiceovr says "loading" and some say "waiting" but when I double tap I get the message that I must try later.
