If the num pad is not up, just go to Home Page, then Dock, then Phone, then, second from right, Keypad. There it is, and follow Richard's instructions. It seems like on the left was the last step, which I think said merge call. I was slow as heck, but got it done.
The best I can remember, and Richard or someone can correct me, it seems like I flicked left from the bottom of the key pad to get Hide. Then up on the right, maybe just above midway was Add. There are several choices there, but you need Add.
