If that is 100% under Accessibility, larger text sizes, that is extremely large and can mess up VoiceOver because less text fits on the screen.
I don’t know what the font equivalent is, but it would be very large print. Which voice are you using? What font size do you have set? You may just need to reboot the phone by holding the power and home buttons for 8 or 10 seconds and then wait for it to come back on.
