I suspect they maybe experiencing some kind of technical difficulties (nice irony considering). I did call them Tuesday and got through without a problem, however, I've been working for sometime with a specific rep on a set of technical issues. He is reliable and has never failed to follow through doing what he said he'd do and phoning precisely when he said he would. He has missed his last call and today I received a we tried to call but we couldn't reach you automated message but my phone never rang nor did the number show in missed calls. So far calling from Canada (in the region roughly defined as Toronto/NewYork) the majority of our calls seem to be answered in the Southern United States (Florida and Texis are the two I'm sure about) so maybe that area is having problems.
