Hi all. I have a friend who has an IPhone 11 pro. She is unable to make a facetime call. When she goes to facetime she’s asked to set up an account, but when she tries she can’t seem to make it happen. She gets thrown out. Her husband, who is pretty tech savvy has tried also to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
