Also, is the phone in a case? When you say you have the phone only for 1 year, does this mean it’s an iphone XS or XR, one without a home button?

I am going to ask you to try and back up your files and apps as I want to try a factory reset. Here are the steps for the phone; 1. Go to Settings. 2. Go to Genral. 3. Please go to Reset and then to Erase all Contents and Settings. Please let me know if you need the instructions for doing this same procedure from the computer.
