The bug you mention occurs on my Iphone 8 in several places, web pages, an online ordering app from the Canadian Loblaws, Safare, The app store, Dominos, and no doubt I have missed others; well beyond damned annoying. Many such concerns have been aired on the applevis web site. The situation seems serous enough that a fix should have been forthcoming.
