I have been trying to back up my iPhone lately, it keeps telling me that the last back up was unsuccessful due to loss of internet connection. I have locked the phone checked the wifi is on and left it for over an hour but still no joy. it hasn’t been backed up for about three weeks and the storage space is there. am I missing something?
