Hi Richard, thanks for your suggestions. when we are allowed out I am going to change my broadband provider so will see how that goes. I just hope my phone doesn’t mind not being backed up in the menatime. sometimes it will start doing it but doesn’t get past 15 per cent. Janet

Either your WiFi router is not maintaining a solid WiFi connection; your iPhone WiFi antenna is bad; or your internet provider is having issues. So, you could either call your internet provider and get them to run their diagnostics; call Apple Accessibility and have them run their diagnostics, or buy a new router and see if that fixes things.
