On storage, I tend to like having the space to have a lot on my phone so it's available even when offline or when data is costly. I have a XR with 256 GB and am using all but around 20 GB. mainly, this is on audio books, my complete Kindle library of around 15 GB, audio dramas, etc. For me, this is definitely more of a luxury than a necessity. For instance, I use an app called Kewix which lets you have the contents of Wikipedia, Wiktionary and other massive online references on your phone. The references I've chosen take up around 18 GB. I find the interface very accessible and like knowing that it'll be there even during Internet outages. I tend to use my iPHONE as my main computer and not just an accessory. When I go to a cottage with extended family and Internet is spotty at best, I'm very thankful. Most of the time though, I could just as easily get things from online as needed.
This new iPHONE sounds like it'll be about as perfect for blind people as one could hope for. The only possible trouble might be for Braille screen input users. I wonder if it'll be long enough for comfortable use in that manner. Of course, there's the new Orbit Braille keyboard which you'd think would solve that issue handsomly if needed. That A13 chip is wonderful news. You wouldn't have to upgrade to a newer iPHONE for probably five or more years. Of course, you'd miss out on whatever 5G will unleash when it actually arrives. Personally, I'm happy with my XR and expect to be for around four to five years.
