Not sure if this is the issue. I'm new at this too. Make sure you double tap on internet audio. I know this works for me, as I join Zoom once a week for another group that I attend weekly. Also, I believe Jonathan Mozen's tutorial on zoom is available as a free download during this corona Virus.
