Yes, they are all in the No Folder. There are several. If I place them in the
folders I want them in, can I delete the No Folder folder or is that a folder
which needs to remain, even though it is empty?

I have never tried to do more than one book at a time, but you want to select
the sort by folder, then the one that says No Folder.
That shows you the books you have not put in a folder yet, then you can move
them to the folder you want.

and ask about that.
