Okay, I found it. It's here, Settings / Accessibility / Touch.

Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.

Is the Haptic feature available on the 1st SE phones? I'm running iOS
13.4.1 and can't find the Haptic setting anywhere. I could be dancing all
around it, but I don't know how.

Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.

Deidre,

I believe this must be your first device running iOS 13.x. What you are
experiencing sounds like the haptic feedback engine at work as you swipe
across your screen and get feedback indicating movement among its various
buttons or controls. If you want to adjust the setting of this haptic
feedback, go to Settings, Accessibility, Voiceover, Audio, sounds and
haptics, and play with the haptic intensity setting found several swipes
down the screen. This took me a bit of adjustment when I first upgraded to
iOS 13.x but I adjusted and really like the feedback.

Found The settings for what I want the phone to do when it's locked. Thank
you Allen.
Things on the new photo working much better. And when I said that the screen
wasn't all that sensitive the home button certainly is but I think there was
all kinds of stuff going on in the background. Tweak the settings trying to
turn as much off as I can. Not sure why the phone sounds like it's quivering
sometimes when I hold it and move it around. Not sure if it's switching from
something like portrait to landscape. Sounds like it's got some little
gerbils in there, Or somethings being weighed on a very sensitive scale. Can
I get rid of that?
