You would definitely want something very secure for this and actually most password managers such as Roboform, 1Password etc. have this capacity. I have been a Roboform user for probably at least 15 years and have probably hundreds of logins as well as dozens of what Roboform calls "Safe Notes" stored in that app which I can access from any of my computers or my iPhone. You can have an emergency access password which I think is meant for situations where something happens to you and a certain person whom you choose needs to get access, I haven't set it up yet, but I know it's possible. I know 1Password has individual, family and business/commercial subscriptions as well.
