It depends on what iPhone you have. Models of iPhone 8 and above can accept a charge of 9 Volts at 2 Amps which equals 18 Wats.
They will also take: 5 Volts at 2.5 Amps 12 Wats. 5 Volts ad 2 Amps 10 Wats Your charger probably outputs 5 Volts at 1 Amp 5 Wats. I think the highest wireless charge is about 7 Wats from memory.
