I have noticed that Siri does not know some apps by the name which appears on the screen. For example, if I tell Siri to open Writer (which is the name written on the screen icon), Siri opens RightHere. But if I say to open Voice Dream Writer (the name VoiceOver and the App Store give the app), Siri does open it. Perhaps something similar could be happening? Otherwise, it is perplexing indeed Harry
