Hi All, I'm trying to turn on 2 factor authentication, but where it wants me to verify the credit card info I can't update the expiration date. I went to the Apple website and updated it there and it still won't allow me to put in the correct expiration date on the phone. I can insert the card number and security code, but not the expiration date. Apple accessibility wasn't able to help and said they would call back in an hour, but that was almost 2 hours ago they were supposed to call. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can update this information? Or, should I delete all the card info and start from scratch? If I start from scratch, should I delete and reenter card info on the website 1st? All help is appreciated. Thanks mooy moocho.
