Hi Barbara You might have to add your bluetooth headset widget. Try this: 1. Make sure your bluetooth is connected. 2. Go to page 1 and swipe to the edit button, single finger double tap to open. 3. Swipe to, Add Batteries, and double tap to select, and now the batteries should show up along with your iPhone in this view.
