In iOS 13, only your iPhone battery is shown on the status bar. Some Bluetooth devices apparently will show up if you ad the batteries to the Today screen, but none of my Bluetooth devices show up there either. That was a very nice feature in iOS 12 that showed it on the status bar along with the phone battery. O well.
