Hi if you’re talking about those round things that stick up from the iPhone case to allow the phone to be held in a more easily but also to allow it to stand my folks have one and it sticks to the OtterBox case on the back I don’t think it’s that difficult to install but I don’t know if you’re not talking about that I’m not sure what you’re talking about I hope this helps.
