Hi Michael, I assume you're talking about COVID-19 exposure logging. If so, it's off by default and can't do anything unless you download an app that can make use of it. So you would have to install and activate an app for it to do anything. As I understand it, the way it's supposed to work is to keep track of devices that come near you. If someone using one of those devices tests positive for COVID-19 and says so in the app, you get notified that you were near someone who tested positive. It doesn't keep track of where you go, just who is nearby. and it doesn't say who tested positive.
