You might need to look at the different tips that can be changed. I had this 
problem at first too until I figured out that one can change the tis that 
insert into your ears. That made a difference for me, at least. I have only had 
one fall out if I accidentally pop them out with a hand when I am wiping sweat 
from my forehead or I’m reaching for something over my head.
