On the texting screen, there is all kinds of clutter including the
names of other apps, camera, record, and so on. Is there a way to
clear the crud off the screen so a beginner (or experienceder) can
navigate directly to the text area and the keyboard without having to
negotiate fifteen other items that don't relate to texting?
