yes, Richard, if you go to the first item which I think is insert format and 
you have a three finger swipe to the right they should go away and then if you 
want to go to the last item and hide stuff you have to go back up your keyboard 
to beyond the Q and the W and then you’ll see a button that says expand tool 
bar and if you I suppose if you hit on the button that will unhide it but I 
just did a three finger swipe to the left and it was all back. It didn’t work 
the first time I did it so maybe my jester was a little sloppy.
