Can you explain more about how you used Aira in this situation. Did they guide you where to touch on its touch screen or did they help in some other manner.

I hope this finds all happy and well. I have a question for those that have this thermostat or ones similar to it.  If the app reports that it's offline is there a way a blind person either independently or with the help of Aira can get the thing back online? Everything else here is working just fine.
