Hi,

Googling the matter did indicate that was the last resort step for reviving the connection.  In my case it seemed to revive itself in a few hours without any intervention still I'm grateful for all responses as one never knows when it'll happen again.

I have a question for those that have this thermostat or ones similar to it.  If the app reports that it's offline is there a way a blind person either independently or with the help of Aira can get the thing back online? Everything else here is working just fine.
