Hi,

Googling the matter did indicate that was the last resort step for reviving the connection.  In my case it seemed to revive itself in a few hours without any intervention still I'm grateful for all responses as one never knows when it'll happen again.

I would call Honeywell support, we have the T5 and I think all we had to do is pull it out of its cradle on the wall and put it back in and that reset the connection. But it's been a while so maybe this is no longer the case.

I have been able to get mine back online with the helpof AIRA or something similar.  Most often somehow the app has lost the wi-fi connection.

I hope this finds all happy and well. I have a question for those that have this thermostat or ones similar to it.  If the app reports that it's offline is there a way a blind person either independently or with the help of Aira can get the thing back online? Everything else here is working just fine.
