I know here, Apple did not have any batteries when I checked last year for the iPod Touch 6th generation. But, a third party company in town had them but I decided not to spend the money and just converted my old SE to a WiFi device after getting my new SE 2020.
I don't know if you have businesses that replace batteries like we do in the US. I hope you find something.
