Yes, but not into the music app. You could open them in Voice Dream Reader, or perhaps other apps, but the only way to get music into the music app is through iTunes. You could play them so long as the card is connected of course. Or, save them in the files app and accessing them from there I believe. I got it primarily for occasionally listening to something that is a large file that I don’t want to put on my phone.
