I was looking for an exercise cycle some time ago. I did not want gimmicks I could or would not use.
The model I have had for over two years now is: JLL® IC300 Indoor Exercise Bike... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06X9CPTNH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I use this in conjunction with my Apple Watch to set myself goals and monitor my achievements. I’ve lost close to four Stone and dramatically decreased my blood pressure. Unfortunately my training has been interrupted by my being hospitalised where I was diagnosed with an atrial flutter, a kidney infection and sepsis. My kidney is deformed and is due to be removed. Unfortunately, I have recently been found to have MRSA and as soon as it is cleared hopefully my defective non-functioning kidney can be removed. I will no longer need my nephrostomy and training can resume.
