The problem isn’t the voiceover lowering of the volume; the problem is that VoiceOver comes out of the earpiece! Either turning Voie Enviado desde Correo para Windows 10 Hi Danni, i have this problem from the latest version.I usis Voice Over and you are right.

This morning when I went to see what was new on YouTube, I was really
annoyed. The app decreased VO's volume down to 10%, and I couldn't
bring it up using the volume control buttons. It wanted to access the
mic for me to be able to search by voice; I hit "Don't allow", and
closed out the app. I reopened it with the same decrease in volume
drop happening.
I sent feedback to YouTube after hooking up my Braille display. Guess
I won't be watching anything there for the foreseeable future.
Has anyone else had this happen? It doesn't happen with any of the
other apps on my phone.
