I have tried this, not because I wanted to exchange something, but just because I wanted to see if I have a choice. And I don’t. The books I tried it on or a couple of recently purchased books. So they definitely met the criteria for possible exchange. But I’m not seeing this choice. Is anyone else seeing it?
