I think a couple of those options, "sendd this book" and "exchange this title" are only available in the US currently. I'm Canadian and need to either call Audible or go to the full desktop version of the Auydible site and into "purchase history" in order to return titles. A dialogue opens up over the page once you double tap on "return" and then you need to navigate that dialogue. Not too hard at all. I like the thought of being able to return books from right in the app so I hope they extend that option to Canada.
