The reason I don't use iTunes is because, IMO, it sucks. Sorry, too
strong. I have found iTunes too confusing, too bloated, too many
options, and way too complicated. I stopped using it several years ago
after I finally was able to upload my music library to use the iTunes
Match service. I'm still not sure how I managed that, but got it done.
I haven't really used it since. Granted, there may be those who
disagree and find iTunes tolerable or even "lovely". As for me, Apple
has given us this ability to restore from iCloud and that suits me
just fine.
