Maybe you should unpair and pair your watch again or search on Google how to 
delete apps from your watch. In the meantime, I will both read my book from NBP 
"You and Your Apple Watch" and the tutorial from Mystic Access and see if they 
say anything about it. I've deleted apps from my watch but I did it on the 
watch itself and not from the watch app on the phone.
