Search for zoom cloud meetings. Just download it then open the app and tap join a meeting. Put in the meeting id and and tap join. If you have the meeting id and pass word then you actually don't need to use your phone if you don't want to. Instead, you could download the zoom app on your computer then open the app and go through the joining process there. You just put in the meeting id and everything. You can also try joining by phone call. Just note that most of the zoom phone numbers are not toll free.
